Minchinhampton Community Library is a very friendly library and we always welcome new volunteers.

If you are interested in volunteering and can offer a couple of hours of assistance to help run the library, on a regular basis, please make contact with one of the volunteers behind the desk or telephone us during opening hours on 01453 885497.

For the main library volunteering duties, experience of working with computers is essential, although training will be provided.

However, there are different activities you can help with, for example, maintaining the garden or assisting with one of the existing library clubs. We would also welcome ideas for new groups or activities for the community that could be run from the library.

It’s a great way to meet local people and your time will be much appreciated by our readers and library community.
