NOTICE OF AGM

The annual general meeting of Minchinhampton Community Library Trust Ltd will be held on Saturday, 22 March 2025 at 2.00 p.m. in the Library. 

Everyone is welcome to attend, but only members can vote. 

Members have the right to appoint a proxy under Section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 22.
