NOTICE OF AGM

The annual general meeting of Minchinhampton Community Library Trust Ltd will be held on Saturday, 16 March 2024 at 2.00 p.m. in the Library.  Everyone is welcome to attend, but only members can vote.  Members have the right to appoint a proxy under Section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 22.

Helene Hewitt resigned as trustee in July 2023.  Lyn Alcock and Michelle Handoll are retiring as directors/trustees by rotation and offer themselves for re-election.  Michelle Handoll is resigning from Chairman.  Linda Fortnam is offering herself for election as Chairman; Lyn Alcock is offering herself for re-election as Treasurer. 

If anyone wishes to become a trustee please contact Michelle Handoll (secretary@mclt.org.uk) for a nomination form.  This must be completed by 2 March 2024.
