Join Our Weekly Knit and Natter Group at Minchinhampton Community Library!
Do you enjoy knitting or crocheting? Whether you’re an experienced crafter or just picking up the needles for the first time, our Knit and Natter group is the perfect place to share your passion, meet like-minded people, and work on your latest project in a warm, welcoming environment.
The group meets every Tuesday from 2.15 pm to 4.00 pm at the library. Bring along your current knitting or crochet project – or start something new with the encouragement and inspiration of fellow enthusiasts. It’s a relaxed, social gathering for anyone who enjoys knitting and a good chat.
No booking is required – simply drop in on a Tuesday afternoon and join the fun. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or skill level.
Over the past year many new knitters have joined the group, so here are a few tips for those joining us:
- Please do not arrive before 2pm as the group does not begin until 2.15pm and the library is not yet open. Volunteers are preparing for the shift and are unable to admit customers early.
- Library volunteers will set up for the group but help clearing away at 4pm is much appreciated.
- Please can only those with a Blue Badge use the disabled parking spot.
